DAYNE
Dayne came and spent part of his last week of summer with us. He is one of the nicest kids you'll ever meet. So we had to show him how honored we were and give him the whole California experience.

And what would a summer be without some fun in the sun? We went to both Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Magic Mountain. X2 is by far one of the craziest roller coasters you'll ever ride.
Trev was a little busy with school and work for two of the days but one of the days we got him for he showed us how to "beach it up" and skimboarded with Dayne...
..as well as teaching him how to catch seagulls!?? Yes that is Dayne underneath those towels ready to pounce on the unsuspecting seagulls.
TANNER
This boy is great. He is just so fun to be around and we loved it when he was down here for the summer. He also just came down for his birthday this week and we went to a professional murder mystery dinner with real actors sitting amongst us as the murders which was way fun. But we especially loved it when he got his mission call this summer! (See video at bottom)
I just have to say how cute it is to watch how proud Trevor is of his little brother. He loves him so much and is so happy when he gets to hang out with his brother.The moment we were all waiting for...
(Trevor wants me to warn you that "the high-pitched noise you are about to hear in this video is not an audio glitch. It is in fact my very own mother.")
That's right! Brisbane, Australia!!! He leaves Dec. 15th and his call is especially inspired since that's where his Nana is from (who also has non-member family there). How cool. Congrats Tanner!

We all have 'the list'. Tops on mine is Brad Pitt and Steve's is Scarlett Johansen. Hmmm brad and I are the same age and yet Scarlett is like 30 years younger than my husband.... go figure! Love the video of tanner and the mission call. I had not seen that before!
